The breakfast is a little limited, with almost no fresh fruit, but otherwise good for people of various dietary needs. The parking was good and the staff were helpful. The pool is outdoor.

We stayed here for OU parents weekend as hotels in Norman triple their rates. The reviews for this hotel were very positive; however, we had poor customer service from 2 of the 3 front desk workers. When we checked in there was no welcome, small talk or , info about hotel. They only clean your room every other night so when I went down the next morning to ask if we could have fresh sheets and towels since some were leaving and others staying that night - they acted like it was huge inconvenience!! It's a hotel -- this is what they do. I wasn't even asking for it by a certain time I said it can be anytime today we were leaving at 10:30am and wouldn't be back till after 5 so they had all day. When we returned they did not change or provide any new bedding - they did leave clean towels. Therefore we had no bedding for the sofa couch - which was also broken and slanted down. The AC made a screeching noise every time it turned off and on and the fridge also made constant noise. Hotel was clean, free parking and good coffee.
