The hotel was nice and clean. The connection to the waterpark was nice, and only a short walk. Parking became a little problematic with an event going on next door, but I would stay here agian.

Our bathroom door wouldn't close correctly so staff put us in another room. The breakfast was not good except for the yogurt. Polite staff, limited use of the pool (4-10 pm) and industrial furnishings. Not very comfortable beds bur better than the seat of your car. The pool is shared by several hotels by the way.

Did not like the fact that it didn’t have its own hot tub. I had to go all the way to the waterpark, which is a long walk for someone who is using a hot tub for pain therapy. Overall, it was a good experience. I was not there for the waterpark experience, so I’m sure if I stay there again it will be for that reason, but I do not think that it should only open at four in the afternoon during the week that leaves a lot of time that someone could be enjoying that for the price that they pay.

We loved the hotel! It is close to so many things. We got pizza delivery to our hotel room the first night ainxe we got in late. I was able to use contactless check in and out ainxe we are hilton members and the key is digital. It was a wonderful experience. The room was very clean except for a few things we noticed in the pull out couch. Under was some food wrappers, easy to miss though and the office chair had some rips and stains but nothing that ruined our stay. The bed was comfy and the place was so nice and easy to figure out. The kids loves the watiki water park! We will definitely be back.
