I called metropolis to book a room and the lady gave me a price of 387 for the night I said wow that’s too much! She said we have other properties I can see who has availability so she asked what I was looking for I said hot tub and pool! So she hooked me up to you people I thought great! Well to find out there was no hot tub 😡the pool area had cold air coming from all the vents and it was freezing in that area, no towels available! I was just disappointed then to find out a fee of 56 dollars for the nice lady to hook us up with your propert No mention of a fee or this was a third party I called metropolis directly.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was 'luke warm' at best. Decaf coffee was cold.

Very nice property. The whole place was very clean and all the staff were efficient, friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was very good and the only thing I didn’t care for were the bed pillows. They were flat as a pancake. Bring your own!
