Bedding was superb - super soft, but the mattress was not. Woke up sore, tossed and turned. The staff we encountered was excellent, from the front desk to the pool maintenance guy - superb and friendly.

I think it is a clean hotel and the staff was friendly. An outside water faucet was leaking and there was black ice in the parking lot because of it. Not enough coffee, tea or makeup wipes for 2 days.

The staff is excellent. Improvements can be made on the bathroom lights of room 400, which is a handicap bathroom.
Twice the lights went out when I was showering. I forgot to tell the staff.
