My family and I were in town for a funeral, which is stressful and emotionally draining already. From Dominique at the front desk to the GM, THANK YOU isn't enough. We had several changes and requests during our stay and they handled them with grace. I highly recommend this hotel whether it's a short stay or a long stay. You will NOT be disappointed! It was upsetting that upon arrival we didn’t have clean bed sheets… big stains and wrappings all over… I wish this wasn’t true but it was definitely gross…

Staff could’ve been more welcoming and cleaning services were a bit delayed but the hotel overall looks great and has many shopping and dinning options at a walking distance. Downtown area is real close as well. Would book again!
