Convenient location within a mile (5mins) of airport comfortable, renovated, laundry,breakfast, pool, gym great amenities

Heritage Inn and Suites is conveniently located close to the airport and the major thoroughfares thru San Antonio. Our room was very clean when we arrived. We made our own bed, since we don't like the tugged in corners. Somehow that was interpreted as no service. We had to track down towels, cups and coffee for 5 out of the 6 days we stayed there. The breakfast buffet was always well stocked, and the weekday staff person was very friendly and gave us some great sightseeing suggestions. The weekend person was overwhelmed by the number of guests. There is absolutely no curb appeal. Weeds are growing around the property and the pool area. The pool itself was clean, and towels were available to the guests. I would stay there again.

Very nice and I’m pretty picky

Bed was a little uncomfortable, but over all great hotel and location was great.

It was just a hotel room nothing unique or special about it. I was gone every morning before breakfast and my room never got cleaned

Location was prime as you are close to airport and restaurants. Hotel does a good job blocking hwy and air traffic. The room was huge. There was a ton of space to move around. Bed was very comfortable and TV had a lot of channels. It was a great stay

Room was not cleaned one day and the staff could not provide an explanation.

Good location, good prices. Rooms on freeway side are too noisy for good sleep. Shower and sink didn't drain well. Breakfast was decent.

It was very clean and staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good. I am a light sleeper so I could hear a lot from outside and next door. So be aware of the noise from the expressway and airport of course. Good overall.
