Not enough breakfast options

I can’t say enough about the staff. All three ladies that I’ve had the pleasure of meeting have been so sweet and accommodating. I love it when I interact with employees who are happy. Please give them a pat on the back for their hard work!

My family and i moved to town from out of state and our place was not ready so we had to book a room during our cross country drive. The property is close to the an outlet mall food and the freeway! The room was clean we had what we needed and it stayed cool the entire time. Didnt see any loiterers in the parking lot, it was clean well lit and felt safe with our belongings in the open for a week we had a great visit

Air conditioner was not working properly

No Coffee in the room ...not even hair shampoo ,fair room ,had to ask for a TV remote ....VERY cheap poor grade bedding , Blanket was more like a sheet

Room looks very nice and clean. But we got bed bug bites two days later.

A better breakfast. The breakfast that was included consisted of a small chalky chocolate muffin, some kind granola bar and coffee. That is not a breakfast. No coffee pots in the room is crazy. The small tv that you couldn’t look at laying down in a large room was annoying to look at. There was no shampoo n conditioner, only a bar of soap. The maid services does not wait for you to answer the door before they help themselves in.

So much noise above us at all times of the day, the guest above us were noisiest around midnight to 3 am literally stomping and dropping things. Told the front desk in which they replied oh well we can't stop them from making noise unless they are partying, and they are aware they are being noisy. Yet that just encouraged them to get louder at night. The front desk then said we can move you like I'm the one being punished for complaining. Also elevator out of order almost our entire stay that was annoying so had to keep room on ground floor. Hallways smelled like weed and fish which was a gross mixture. Staff doesn't come to desk right away they sit behind a wall and wait while you stand there at the front desk looking stupid. They should train everyone of them on guest etiquette and how to handle certain situations and to smile more.

The room itself was okay looking.
