Our was not pleasant. The beds were fine, everything else a joke. We were not informed(before paying) of the lack of amenities, no ice machine or buckets, really? I understand the new business model please inform customers before paying. Nothing on the website.

The people here make all the difference!!!
When I broke my shoulder they allowed me to walk my dog in the courtyard so he wouldn't be there exposed to other dogs and pull me. He is very friendly.
Joe is great and very helpful.
Roosevelt is diligent in keeping the lobby and public areas clean.

Rose, is wonderful she is terrific at keeping the public spaces clean and fresh smelling. She always has a greating. She worked her butt off making the stairwell clean, I don't have to hold my breath getting in or out of the building

zero stars - floor was filthy and 3 different clerks never offered to clean it right away during a two-day stay. Not enough character space to include my full review.

Worst place I ever stayed. Disgusting. Killed a cockroach right as I walked in the room, pillow cases were yellow. It took 45 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check us in. And when they did the lady was so rude to us. Horrible place do not stay here ever
