The staff is amazing. The room was clean had a little oder but I can deal with it. I had no issues.

The pictures look nice but do not stay here it’s very dirty and under staffed would like a refund but I can’t imagine that will be worth the effort.

Room ok. Have to ask for kitchen stuff not kept in room. Air conditioning worked great. Staff was nice and friendly.

The kitchen is not fully equipped. there are nothing apart from the kitchenette. everything was as expected. everybody minded their business. It was calm during my stay the drama was outside. No smoke smell or anything it was peaceful.

Our stay at Extended Stay America Phoenix North had some challenges. Our group had multiple rooms reserved in advance through Expedia, and all reservations were confirmed prior to arrival. However, when we arrived, the hotel was unable to provide all of the rooms as booked. We were informed the property was overbooked, and resolving the situation required upgrading to a different room type at an additional cost, which was difficult after a long day of travel. In addition, there was a noticeable odor of cigarette smoke and marijuana in my room and in some areas of the hotel, which made the stay less comfortable. As a touring group, we rely on having separate rooms arranged in advance, so this situation was not ideal. Overall, the experience did not fully meet expectations, and I hope the property is able to improve how reservations are managed going forward.
