I did not stay at this location because you are forced to pay $100 incidental fee and I prepaid for the room. There was no such charge in the Daphne location which is disturbing because its the same hotel brand.

It needs have a least two people on duty one working the front desk while the other cleaning or on break so when people get there they can get check in faster and that's the only bad thing at the place other than that it was a good stay

Do not stay at this hotel. I did not have hot water for 4 days. The room had roaches and a damn dog was crying all day everyday of my stay. The worse hotel ever!!!

The smell in the room was horrible. We would’ve left but checked in very late after a long drive. We had paid for two nights but did not stay two nights.
