Clean and Friendly!
Location, cleanliness and staff friendliness makes this Hilton stand out. Breakfast was very nice on either the buffet, with fresh fruit and strong coffee, or from the menu offerings.

The property needs a deep clean. The lobby couches were excellent to have in the sitting areas but they needed a good clean and possibly a little care. The bathroom tile had a very sharp edge where the grout needed replaced in rm 229

I’ve stayed here twice and for it being a Hilton it is very old and outdated the bathroom was dirty and the tub looked old and rusted. While in the elevator another person stated his sink was broken.

I did not stay at this hotel. It was a fraud case. I booked a room for feb 23rd and when showed up they said I did not have reservations. I'm am disputing with bank and hotel.

I would like to rave about your staff - two in particular at your Avondale location - Amber and Kevin. Both welcoming and such a friendly demeanor. Amber went above and beyond to accommodate a specific request. She didn't have to but did it anyway. That was very much appreciated. It made the stay a very pleasant experience. Kudos to your awesome staff!

Scuffed room borders, mold in bathroom, the toilet stopped working, stains in the carpet, the pillows were as flat as a sheet
