The hot tub is closed down for a year with no warning on Expedia. The rooms heater/air conditioners stink. We had to switch rooms after check in as it smelled so bad. The bedding is old and the pillows were not supportive. Not worth the price.

This hotel is in a nice area, clean rooms with great beds and pillows. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The dining options are great, they have a nice bar and a very relaxing atmosphere. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

The front staff member, young lady (straight dark long hair) sorry can’t remember her name, is amazing! Love her customer service, professionalism, and so accommodating to what we needed.
