Firstly, the young lady at the front desk was awesome. She was very helpful with my booking during such a stressful time of hurricane Milton. She had a pleasant and approachable attitude during the entire stay even when she was the only server during the night of the hurricane, which was chaos, and didn’t complain once. Now the room on the other hand, was a total opposite experience. The bathtub was so nasty I wouldn’t dare step foot in it. I had requested to have it cleaned but no one came in to clean it. It may still be dirty for all you know. Also, the bed was not comfortable which is surprising for a Hilton hotel and the AC was a joke. The temp stayed at 81 the entire night even when it was set at 70. The room served its purpose of keeping us safe during a major hurricane but due to the condition of the room, I will not stay here again.

We came in for a cruise, but due to the hurricane, our cruise was cancelled. My husband and I decided to just on in Tampa and enjoy a relaxing weekend. The staff at the hotel were super helpful and accommodating

Hotel was charming! The free range chickens was a surprise. Kayla and Brie we're fantastic. The helped when our cruise was delayed and let us store luggage until the room was ready. They were kind and we appreciate the support. The bar is not open on weekends as there are options walkable around. Id book here again.

Be Ready to get nickeled and dimed. The website says breakfast, but it’s not complimentary. Also says parking but paid parking. Rooms are a little ruin down and have a moldy smell. I hardly stay in hotels and I see why. Can’t wait till these greedy companies go under.
