The staff and the accommodations were great. My stay was short but the attentive staff took care of any request I made.
Disappointing beyond words.
Charged $40 for parking overnight. The plumbing and water system inadequate. Tired rooms and garish hallways. Not worth the money. Nice lady checked us in however.

This hotel is less than 10 minutes from the Tampa cruise port, making it a perfect choice for cruisers. They offer a pay as you go breakfast menu. I ordered the Greek yogurt bowl, and it very good. The staff at the desk was helpful, and the housekeeping team was friendly.

Breakfast was $10 for buffet consisting mostly carbs except for cold boiled eggs. On one days there was no cream cheese for the bagels. All the chairs around the pool were broken. The room initially smelled like marijuana upon the first time the AC turned on. Room missing conditioner and towels but staff was prompt in addressing those issues.
Aside from that, fridge was broken and leaking but it was addressed promptly by replacing with a new one. Staff were nice.

Overall, the property was great. Perfect location for the event I was attending but this location doesn't have enough parking space to accommodate all guest.
