Vehicle stolen from property. Staff overall not very helpful with situation. All they did was provide an incident report paper for me to fill out. Said they couldn't access any footage of where the vehicle was parked, even though it was parked out front in their main lot where it was well lit. Talking to the Burger King next door, they said vehicles are stolen and vandalized all the time from this property and they are usually recovered around the corner or at the truck stop down the street, which is where we ended up recovering our vehicle. With how unhelpful the staff is and how frequently it is being reported that vehicles are taken from the property, it feels like someone on staff may be involved in the thefts. Luggage, stereo, sunglasses all stolen from vehicle. Stay at your own risk.

We liked it all but no pool or hot tub.

Good hotel out south. Very convenient especially with a car for the main things

The staff was so kind and helpful which is why I’m giving a better rating. The room we had wasn’t very clean, mold in shower, pull out bed was a joke and so uncomfortable. Misleading about complementary breakfast. We probably wouldn’t come back.

This blew out my expectations, was just going to be here for a night and was not worried about quality but there was no need to worry here. Was very clean and had all sorts of nice features that I was not expecting it to have. Would stay here again.

Hotel and room was good. Service was a complete joke and the desk help was NO help at all with anything. The maintenance man was a bigger help than the front desk.

There was a small issue with the first room, but front desk was understanding and vary accommodating. Second room was perfect.

This hotel was clean, staff was courteous and nice, and it was quiet.

The only thing that I didn’t care for is, I was not able to make it left on the main road other than that it was great.

property was old, not very clean, waited an hour for the shuttle. not worth the cost charged.
