My check in was disappointing. The staff was not welcoming and difficult to understand. I told her a couple of times that I didn’t understand what she was saying and she really didn’t try to speak up or speak directly to me.
They charged a deposit, but didn’t tell me how much until after I gave them my card and then asked what it was for.
Just sad that so many businesses don’t value customer service.

Whoever cleaned my room, should have seen I was a coffee drinker. I used the 1 Kerig pod they had for coffee in the room. They did not give me ANY new Kerig coffee pods. I also was not told that I would have to pay for parking until I was checking out. That was a complete surprise to me. Lastly, one of the elevators was not working. This caused a huge waiting issue to return to my room. There was a line to take the elevator.
