It appears property is undergoing some renovations, which is needed as it appears to be very tired. The room temperature was very warm upon arrival due to the thermostat not working. Front Desk sent a tech within minutes to replace the batteries. Slight inconvenience since we only had one hour to get ready for our event that evening and the room took hours to cool off.

My overall experience was bad. We woke up sick and umable to go on our trip. Both experian and Hilton were not empathetic or understanding and were charged for a room we did not stay in

The staff was on point although the property conditions were in need of upgrades and repair, the floors in the hallways squeaked, the show had a humming to it, limited soaps and shampoo mini bottles. You could hear the people walking on the floor above you.
