The staff is always friendly. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. Every thins was just fine and the coffee is exceptional! This is where we stay for OSUMC appointments. No complaints!
Internet
There was no Internet so we could not watch Netflix or Tubi. To only have access to local channels was miserable. Potential customers should be told before they make a reservation. Very disappointing.

I really enjoyed my hotel stay my room was very clean and comfortable, with all amenities, staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was great, with breakfast being particularly good value.

Great Hotel for Stranded Traveler
I was trying to fly out of Columbus on Thursday night but due to weather conditions we had a rolling delay. The flight was finally cancelled and we all had to scramble at 9:00pm to get lodging. Being a loyal Hilton Honors member, I called a Hilton Garden Inn near the airport. When I arrived, I was hungry, thirsty and tired! Thankfully the bar was still open and served food and adult beverages. Some of my fellow travelers from the gate area, were there as well. The two ladies working at the bar were so friendly and took care of me right away. So grateful.
