Not that great.
Room 502's heat didn't work. Someone taped hair above the bed. Very odd. Bathroom needs a remodel. Moved to 513. Much nicer room, but TV didn't work in that room.
Nothing was like it said it was on the online add.
I would not recommend this hotel.

We just crashed for the night, but what we saw was just fine.

Front desk reception pleasant; room was clean and roomy; all staff I encountered very helpful and friendly. They did an excellent job serving my friend’s wedding reception.

Never got to check in because they gave my room away and incompetent night desk person had no resolve . The manager on Monday following was no help . How they ruined my birthday .

Very clean. Friendly, but slow service at front desk. Both checking in and checking out. Could not get a printed receipt at checkout. Was told that it wound be emailed. 6 hours later now, no email, no receipt. Curtains don’t close all the way causing outside spotlights putting too much light in room at night. TV remote didn’t work.
