The A/C was inadequate,kept going off for long periods of time!nightstand small, light to high to reach from bed ,poor lighting nxt to mirror.

Staff was very nice. Bfast was good but I don’t understand why I had to pay since I’m a Diamond Member. Also I don’t understand why I was charged $50 extra for incidentals but didn’t get it back (unused) when I checked out.

Room was clean but bed was like sleeping on a brick with uncomfortable pillows. Night manager my first night cared not about my inquiry of a missing inner shower curtain and was quite short on the phone.
