Loved the stay! The walls and ceilings were thin so we could hear a lot from other rooms. Loved the lobby and bar! Our room was very nice and in a nice area.

I was extremely impressed with the late afternoon receptionist (I lost the paper I had written her name began with a T and was hyphenated). She was exceptional! As were the individuals who served breakfast and evening bar tending. The rooms were cleaned however on the alternate cleaning day the bathroom was cleaned and fresh towels placed but the beds were left unmade and crumpled. Am thinking that it was an oversight since the remainder of the room was spotless.

Nice property that’s close to the Mayfair shopping area. Rooms were clean and bed were comfortable.
