The hotel staff was friendly and helpful; however, there were a few areas that could be improved. The front lobby was uncomfortably warm due to the air conditioning being out of service for several days.
During breakfast, I observed the hostess eating behind the service counter while guests were dining. While I understand that staff members need breaks and meals, it appeared unprofessional to eat in view of customers during breakfast service. Additionally, staff members were helping themselves to food while guests were eating. This may be acceptable during non-service hours, but it did not create the best impression for paying customers.
