The room was great everything in the room was perfect but the parking and the parking garage was very confusing 😕 and we had to go in three times to ask how to get back in and the staff acted like they couldn't help. Finally a housekeeper told us how to fleet back in.

Only complaint is the fitted sheet was too small for the mattress and pulled and moved but the bed and pillows were comfortable. Stayed here numerous times and the hotel is always as expected.

The only issue we had was with the parking. It was validated, but when we left the parking lot, the validation did not work and we had to pay. When we later asked the front desk he said the right exit hasn't been working for weeks and we should use the left exit. Why didn't anybody tell us this when we checked in...irritating.

The hotel is downtown and centrally located. There is an ice ring next door and a view of the park. Didn’t hear the train as I watched it go by which was nice. However, cleaning the room was done every 2 days and was a mess. I asked for extra towels to accommodate the 4 people in the room and only got 2 towels total! Coffee bar was not restocked and had to ask the front desk for more everyday. Parking is located behind the facility in a parking deck to which you have to validate for free parking. Probably won’t be staying at this chain again.

All good, all around. I don't usually eat breakfast at hotel biffets, but the food and service were excellent. Great management and all of the employees were exceptionally polite.
