The food was very good, staff very helpful and welcoming. The room is spacious and comfortable. Shuttle service from and to by the airport was also very convenient.

The breakfast buffet was amazing and so was the staff!

Upon our arrival, the receptionist was very welcoming. She was super friendly and she provided us with great customer service. We asked if we could in earlier. They allowed us to check in a little earlier than anticipated. I really appreciated that because we didn't have a car rental to go anywhere around the surrounding area. She also gave us a personal business card for the hotel and she let us know if we needed anything to feel free to call them. Her customer service exceeded my expectations. As a guest I look for that because I usually book hotels by their ratings. We also had a great experience ordering food at the restaurant on the 1st floor. I totally recommend this hotel to book for your upcoming trip. We enjoyed staying there.

Car’s are always pleasant clean and airport travel on time every 30mins

I stayed here this passed weekend and I can only say that my stay was outstanding! Maria the manager was fast at responding to a special request. The front desk and everyone was super nice. I've been staying at this hotel for years everytime I travel to Miami. The room was very clean too! 100/100
