The hot tub was out of service and roped off. The pool was freezing cold and not heated at all.
I chose this property because of the pool and hot tub so that was disappointing.
I get tired of this being the case at so many hotels. I paid more for this one to have the amenities.
The staff was very helpful and friendly and I appreciated their help with a few things. They get 5 stars all around.

The A/C was good, my room was terrible next to the elevator shaft. I could hear and feel the vibrations from the elevator all day and night long. I was going to stay an extra day, but they tried to gouge me. And they weren’t very accommodating.

Luis at the front desk was great! Very helpful and informative with a great attitude. Rooms are big and very comfortable! Air conditioning works great! Staff was just awesome and all were very pleasant! Will definitely stay here again!
