Disappointed!
Will never stay at this hotel chain again. The amenities listed a pool and continental breakfast, Not so, there was no pool, or free breakfast (paid $18 for breakfast); had to request that hotel vacuum dog hair from carpet which made me feel room hadn't been cleaned properly. Again will never stay at any Garden Hilton Inn and rate your service and integrity as very"Poor".

We were in town for a concert. Venue was 1.5 miles away. Hotel was clean, great staff, plenty of free parking and convenient snack purchase availability. Two social areas with TV's and bar available. Great to watch Final game of NBA and cheer along with complete strangers!!

Quiet, comfortable room and friendly staff. Only glitch was the emergency alarm that forced everyone to evacuate. However, I was glad that it wasn't a real emergency.

Flew in for a scheduled appointment and stayed here for 1 night. Staff was Absolutely Amazing!!! So Friendly and Helpful, from the Front Desk staff to the shuttle Driver Harold. Everyone was so friendly and very professional. The room was very clean and as described in photos. Would definitely stay here again.

They took the reservation, they did not keep the reservation. We showed up at 7 pm, after a long day, only to find they double sold our room. They also reported prioritizing direct reservations over those from third party sources like Expedia. While they did assist us in getting a room at a better property, they did not send over the correct paperwork. Took us almost two hours to get to a room. We have stayed in this hotel multiple times without issue. Also, the front desk did the best they could, but we were very disappointed with the overall experience and will not stay here again.
