CHECKED IN BRIAN WAS GREAT ,GOT IN THE ROOM GOT READY FOR A SHOWER PART OF THE SINK FELL OFF NEARLY HITTING MY FOOT HAD TO PACK EVERYTHING UP AND CHANGE ROOMS MAJOR INCONVIENCE GOOD THING ABOUT THE STAY WAS THE STAFF SUPER FRIENDLY CLEAN COULDNT ASK TO BE TREATED ANY BETTER

While the property is dated, the carpet old and stained and furniture has some wear, the room was spotlessly clean and quiet. It had a walk-in shower but was not very accessible to me husband with COPD as he had to walk quite a distance to get to the room. Appreciatively a staff member helped him. Upon departure we exited through an outside door next to the room. Would like to have been able to enter that door initially. Not everyone disabled is in a wheelchair.

I understand this property is slated for upgrades however I can tell you that the fourth floor was not thoroughly cleaned. The carpets in the hallway were very stained. Our room had very dated “living room furniture” which sagged and was not comfortable. The furniture was stained. The countertop had a big piece of broken granite out of the wet bar area. The washcloths were paper thin. We have stayed at this property in the past but have no intention of going back
