After having a very dirty room on the first floor (sticky carpet, dirty floor, stains on the lamp and curtains) that also had earwigs (found 8), I asked the front desk for a different room. He was very nice and moved us to the 4th floor. That room was very clean, no bugs.

Stay was nice. i stay there frequently place is always clean. Front desk is always pleasant…. Room service is very intrusive they don’t knock and just enter before check out to ask what time are you leaving. Check out was at 12 they entered the room at 11:10…..
