A good choice for a stay in downtown. It's located within walking distance of several attractions (Georgia Aquarium, CNN, World of Coca Cola, College Football Hall of Fame, Centennial Park) and there are many restaurants nearby as well. The hotel itself is quite nice. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The room had a mini fridge and a microwave, as well as a smart TV. The view from the room on the 6th floor was great, a nice view of the park and aquarium. Parking in the attached deck is convenient. The outdoor pool and hot tub are on the 7th floor with great views of the downtown area. The pool is a good size and the hot tub is a great place to relax in the evenings. customer service was good. Most every employee we saw was friendly and professional. I would definitely stay here again.

Front desk staff.
After a long drive we were welcomed with a very friendly smile and a very helpful attitude. It couldn’t have been better. I wish I had her name but this person was so helpful with parking tips, how to get around Atlanta and food suggestions. She even helped us check in early so we could get over to the Georgia Aquarium. Our room was great and the location was perfect.

Nice hotel with clean rooms and great customer service. A free continental breakfast would have been nice.

Would not recommend. Front desk staff was rude upon checking in. Everything is extra, however it was not worth it. Huge homeless problem right outside the front door. My husband and children were approached multiple times and yelled at by homeless people asking for money. The hotel is dated and not kept up. Pool never had towels. Breakfast was subpar for what you’re paying for. Not to mention the waitress was terribly rude and unprofessional. The elevators were never working and when they did they would skip floors or open randomly. Overall, it was a bad stay and I would never go back to Atlanta. The aquarium was the best part and even that’s a one and done type deal. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone and I never write bad reviews. That’s how crappy it was.

We were not given breakfast vouchers upon arrival. After inquiring, we were told that we should have been given them upon arrival

We stayed there for the convenience on the ELO concert this past weekend. One problem is that the cost of parking was wrong and not noted in payment due online. Out room was as clean as it could be but needed a major overall in the furnishings and carpet. Chair had batting coming out and rug was coming apart in various locations. The shower also had mold on handle.
Being downtown they need to compete with what is offered at other facilities.

No room darkening curtains-flashing bright lights lit up our room all night. Also, when we tried to exit the parking deck, we were told to use our room key to get out. We had already paid for parking when we checked in($41). The arm wouldn’t raise to let us go. We had to pay ANOTHER $41 to get out. I wonder how often this happens?! We told the front desk manager and she asked if I had proof that I paid(the machine did not give me a receipt)!! So—I paid $82 for parking!! Not cool!
