Front desk personnel helped us with a couple incoming concerns. Relaxing, Clean and neat. Hubby loved the coffee bar! Our bed was lumpy, broken up sleep. Loved how close it was to our conference site.

The only issue I have with this place is that when I walked into my room the tv and a lamp were unplugged. In my opinion this means the room is not ready for occupancy and this seems to be a normal thing for them to unplug appliances as they clean.

The property was clean, and check in/ out was easy. My only complain was tha I could not make the room warmer than 68 as the temp is set not to go above 68 so it was uncomfortable for me as the temps are cold
now. I usually can’t sleep when the room is cold. I wish they could have set it to atleast 72. Also when I booked the room it came with breakfast but I was suprised to be approached with a $18 bill while eating. Good think I showed them the details of what my paid included from Expedia showing free breakfast. The lady who was really good understood and said the person checking me in should have given me a coupon. I will be checking my account to make sure I don’t get charged.
