Love the convenience of the property but it needs a major renovation. My 1st room had rust in the bathroom and a permanent dirt ring in the shower and stains on the sheets. I asked for another room and supervisor came and inspected my room and granted me a room change. Well my new room also had rust in the bathroom and I was told the majority of the rooms have it. Hilton needs to do better.

We always love staying here when we’re in New Orleans. The rooms aren’t the fanciest, but they are clean and HUGE! Lots of room for a big family!

I would recommend this property invest in luggage carts. No carts at check in or check out. Valet service recommend front desk at lobby. Front desk recommended valet service. Very poor first impression and last impression.
Also recommend mattress toppers beds were rock hard.

The staff was excellent. Both the check-in and the morning staff were very helpful. My room needs to be updated. New carpet is a must in the shower/tub needs to be replaced. Location was great for my needs and I really enjoyed the four different restaurants within 100 feet.
