The hotel staff is extremely helpful and kind. The only issue was the coffeemaker, they came in and immediately addressed it. I love that they checked in via text message the morning after we arrived. Hotel is very clean and well maintained.

We tried to cancel our reservation because our greyhound bus was cancelled. We did not stay. We bought insurance but they did not offer us the cancellation request on Friday June 5 since it was 1.5 hours after check in time. Horrible customer service

Had the jet tub room which was very nice. The only thing is breakfast wasn't self service, and no buffet or all you can eat, which was disappointing for a Hilton Hotel. Breakfast was one time served like a restaurant style, if you paid for it
