Card reader on back parking lot was broken. The guy at the desk saw me so he opened it and put a rock to hold it open. A rock! Hardly any parking in front. The cars were blocking to the entrance so it makes it hard to unload. Thought maybe they were coming in but parked all night! Pool is gone but found you can use the pool at the Y?? After searching the third floor for I I went to the front desk and was told it’s on the second floor. one for the entire building?? Who would ever think this is good enough. Here with a group but to many other hotels in the area to stay here again!

The AC didn’t work in our room & the hallways smelled like marijuana all night. The restaurant area was also closed every night so it was extremely inconvenient.

There was no hot water until the last day of my 5 day stay. In addition, the thermostat controls were just on and off no temperature settings. Notified staff about the issues, was told the thermostat just needed a battery, but it was never replaced.

Not a bad stay, just didn’t love showing up to the outside of the building getting remodeled so my room window was covered up with plastic you couldn’t see through. Not the end of the world, just would’ve been nice if there was a disclaimer for something like that. All was comfortable, but the bathroom didn’t feel very clean.
