I didn’t have a complaint about the service or the room…however the roofing team starting work so early directly outside our window was frustrating. There should have been consideration for your guests and I find it unacceptable.

Hotel was very accommodating.
The rooms were clean. The manager went out of her way. I really can't say enough on what a value dedicated employee you have in Joanne.
Overall a good experience.
I would recommend this hotel.
Nice and clean but the pool was overrun with children.
There were only two guests in the pool but 15 staff members and their extended family. two staff and 7 other adults and 6 kids. Not a relaxing environment for me after driving from NH.
Poorly run hotel!
NO hot water in the entire hotel this morning! People partying until after 2:00 A.M. outside of my window!

The staff was helpful, I had my privacy. Clean hotel and all I wanted was nearby. 10 out of 10! I will stay here always when I'm in Norwalk CT!

A Comfortable Stay
Easy check in. Great soundproofing, individual and responsive temperature control, ability to darken room, easy to use TV remote (great TV, many available wi-fi channels), very comfy bed with perfect sheets, four down pillows that offered support. Great sleep. Towels amazingly absorbent. I’d stay there again.
