Average at best.
The rooms were not clean. The shower was dirty, bathroom floor had dirt on it and looked like it had not been swept in ages. Carpet was dirty in the room and outside in the hall way. It looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed. The breakfast buffet is a joke for what you pay for it. It was your average free continental breakfast at any other hotel. Our server was sweating and kept wiping his face and forehead and never washed hands. It’s too bad as it is a beautiful hotel.

Very clean!! Toilet paper holder is behind a person , so took off so I could reach it better!! Like it very well there. Wish had known the pool and hot tub was not running due to waiting on parts. Otherwise, very comfortable😀😀

I booked a REGULAR king room. We arrived mid-afternoon before most other guests checked in. I was given a king handicapped room, I do not like handicapped rooms. When I requested a switch, even though there were plenty available because other guests hadn't arrived yet, I was denied. This is even more infuriating because I am a Hilton Diamond member. We will NOT stay at this property again.
