Excellent
Have been here three times for good reasons!
Hilton garden inn Ithaca
This hotel is very nice. It’s very clean and the staff there are very accommodating. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable. The hotel location was convenient to lots of shops and restaurants so didn’t have to do much driving.

Everything I expected
The hotel /room was spotless/ quiet/staff knowledgeable/professional/ friendly.
Excellent central site for visit.
Comfortable, clean, quiet. Liked amenities coffee machine, clothes hangers not attached to the closet rod. Ventilation good. I slept well.
Great Place
What stood out was the front desk staff. We used them all night, morning and evening staff and they were all helpful. Room was great too.
Best hotel in downtown Ithaca.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Parking garage is a bit far from the hotel, but an easy walk. Room was clean but there was a hair clip that wasn’t ours under the bed. The automatic blinds didn’t work. Maintenance came to fix on the second day. We dropped off laundry for the laundry service on Thursday night, but when we went to pick it up the next day we were told that the laundry service didn’t come for some reason (on Friday) and that it’s not available on weekends, so that was a bit of an inconvenience. Overall, though, a good hotel experience.

This hotel is advertised as "includes charging station on site". First, there is no parking on site, it's actually a few minutes away, second the parking actually does not have a charging station. We had to park at another place to recharge...
