We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Tyler,Texas. The hotel's location suited our plans well. The room was clean, comfortable and provided good amenities. We were only there one night, but all employees we met and chatted with were helpful and courteous. ~S.E.

We were given a suite that had an intense odor of dog urine. The front desk was called and they said they would send housekeeping up with spray and no one ever came. There were two rooms for the suite and both were unbearable. We ended up requesting a new room and we were accommodated, but the second room smelled of must and mold. WE just stayed as we were only there for one night.
The original room should have never been available to use with that stench. The carpets need to be ripped out. If you are going to allow dogs in your rooms, you should have solid surface flooring in those rooms to prevent this.
The bartender was very nice, but the price of food and drinks are ridiculous.

Stayed on the first floor, extremely loud, neighboring room had tv turned up as high as it would go all night, upstairs room had crying baby you could here clear as day, people outside room all night long you could hear.

Very helpful staff. I arrived in town early and they got me checked in as quickly as possible. Convenient location. I can’t comment to their restaurant as I did not try it, but Bernard’s is only about a 10 minute walk away and it was as fine a restaurant as I have eaten anywhere.
