Hotel was quiet, clean and staff friendly. Bed very comfortable. Did not have any issues.

Enjoyed our stay!

So friendly, so clean, a quick but very pleasant stay.

Easy shuttle service and the drivers were great. The hotel needs a lot of maintenance ie paint, wall repairs. Several issues with our room that were addressed with staff “Sorry, we can move you “. Front desk staff seemed disinterested in finding any other solutions.

Bed sheets were stained...needed replacement

When I booked the stay it said breakfast was included but it wasn't. They have great coffee available in the morning though! I would stay here again but make sure of what really is included for the price. They are renovating the pool area and that would be something to enjoy.

$50 incidental fee added to the bill at check in even though i prepaid - supposedly to be refunded, breakfast arrangements unclear, it seems it was not free with the stay.

We booked this hotel for 4 nights with the breakfast included room rate as was seen on our receipt from Expedia. The staff would not allow us to eat breakfast because we were not on a “list” that they had even though we had the receipt from Expedia with the words breakfast included in reservation. The room itself was average - there was only 1 trash can total in the room/bathroom and the beds were so high that I had trouble getting into and out of them as a 5’2” adult. One time the elevator had no lights at all so we had to push a button to another floor and jump back out before the doors closed in order to get another elevator to come. Overall we were dissatisfied with our stay, especially after the staff were so non-accommodating about breakfast even though we booked a room with breakfast.
