I didn't realize that one of the external sliding glass door was jammed. Upon arrival, I got a luggage cart to bring my things into the hotel. I turned rapidly to go out to the car and retrieve more items. I ran into the sliding glass door which failed to open. This resulted in a knot on my forehead and a bruise on my left kneecap.I reported the matter to Miss Burns who was on duty at the front desk.

Welcoming facilities, very clean, and comfortable.
There was a digital check-in option available, but a staff member was quickly available for me to check-in seamlessly.
Checking out was a but more problematic, as there was no digital option. There was a line of guests, including myself, waiting to check out for over 10 minutes. We flagged down a staff member from another area of the hotel to finally receive assistance. She was very kind and apologetic, which was appreciated.
