Hotel was clean upon arrival, complimentary cookies and beverage in the lounge. Easy check in. Zondra at the front desk was professional and accommodating. My mother was pleased with the room, felt safe and comfortable. Our lights went out in our home due to the storm/ power outage. She said it was cool and comfortable.

We stay at this hotel when we visit New Jersey. The staff is wonderful and always there when you need something! This hotel is at the top of our list for best places to stay. Always clean!
Water under A/C into carpet power outage two hours.
Water under A/C into carpet room should have been ready they brought in a fan to dry carpet thinking that could have been a mold issue paying that much money we would have went to Hershey pa.
Nice, but breakfast should be included.
We have stayed at this property before a few years ago and there was no charge for breakfast When we checked in last night, they mentioned the times breakfast would be served, but made no mention of a charge. We overlooked the signs regarding the charge for breakfast and were very surprised when we were presented a bill. Very disappointed after paying what we believe to be a pretty high room rate that breakfast was not included, especially for a Hilton honors member.
