Key stop working Saturday morining on 3/8/25 until @ 10:00pm. Me and my daughter was very unhappy. I was given another room but that does not matter if you are not able to change cloths and take a shower and relax. I do not trust staying in this hotel again not knowing that will be able to get in and out.

Our stay was pleasant, from the initial greeting at the front desk to the final checkout. I would recommend your hotel to any of my associates. The property was well kept and the staff was very polite.

The female bartender that rode a motorcycle was very rude, & disrespectful. I will never stay @ that property again untill i know that she no longer works there.

I usually like staying at Hilton Garden Inn because of the bar & small kitchen at the Garden Inns. Ive stay at this property a few times. The first time is was excellent. Yet i must have upset the bartender or something because she has been very rude to me ever since. I will never stay @ this Garden Inn again. When i am in the Katy area (for business) i will stay @ a Marriott property that has a bar & a small kitchen.

Everything was fine except there was gnats in the room and both beds were too old and soft.
