I booked a room that was supposed to have 2 queen beds. When I got there, they had me moved to a King suite instead. I purposely booked a room with two beds. I needed two beds. Granted there was a pull out in the room, they are NOT comfortable!

The room was clean, staff was friendly and checking to see if I needed anything and how my stay was going if they could do anything for me if I had concerns. The hotel kitchen was great they had good food, I enjoyed not needing to leave the hotel for supper.
