Pleasant comfortable and very accommodating
Would like to provide feedback on the Byron front desk person who greeted us on Saturday night. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism, the way he greeted us made us feel welcome immediately. There was not a detail he left out in relation to room, amenities and dinner. He went above and beyond to be sure we had everything we need it. We actually thought he could be the owner because he was very eloquent in the way he spoke and presented the hotel. Hope he is someone who would be a great managerial asset/example. Thank you, Byron, for making our stay memorable, even for one day.

I had to book the room after a cancelled flight. Staff was very nice. Room was clean.
It was a blast the staff (gentleman)who was there when I checked in was very greeting and also came
4.5 low water pressure on the bathroom sink.

Upon checking in to our room. The staff member who was helping us tried to gaslight us into believing that all HILTON hotels do not offer a complementary breakfast. We know that this was a lie because we have been staying at many HILTON hotels during our trip, and this was the first one that didn’t offer breakfast. It was a wild conversation, and the messaging from this manager was incredibly frustrating.
Our room configuration was kind of weird. But it was spacious and clean. It would’ve been nice to have more than two towels though.

Wonderful stay as always. The Bar and Restaurant are really good with helpful staff and delicious meals. For breakfast April was the best !!!
