Very friendly staff and clean room.

Very clean, excellent service.

We rate our hotel experience as one of the best. Their rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. Their employees at the front desk are friendly and competent. They provide whatever we need. We highly recommend stayung here.

Staff was very friendly

This hotel was far more expensive than it was worth. For the price paid, I expected a clean, well-maintained room and a much better overall experience. Instead, the room was outdated and showed significant signs of neglect. There were stains on the walls, peeling paint in the bathroom, rust around fixtures, and furniture that was scratched, worn, and clearly past its prime. Most concerning were the visible stains on the bedding, which made me question the cleanliness of the room. When I brought the stained bedding to the staff’s attention, they didn’t seem particularly concerned and offered little reassurance that the issue would be addressed. That level of indifference was disappointing. The breakfast buffet was also underwhelming, with limited selections and food that lacked quality and freshness. For what this hotel charges, guests should expect much better cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service. Unfortunately, this stay fell well short of expectations, and I left feeling like I paid premium prices for a budget-quality experience.

The staff was always amazing here. The food is exceptional at the Bar/Lounge. Was not expecting it to be as good since it is a hotel but this was top notch food and service. Rooms are amazingly clean and I know they are going to be remodeling soon but the conditions makes it not seem like 20 years old. I will stay here everytime I am in town.
