I had a very pleasant stay at Garden Inn. It more than exceeded my expectations in meeting my needs. I loved that they communicated with me by text daily to make sure my needs were met.

A short, but enjoyable stay.

Above and beyond customer service!

The majority of the staff with whom I interacted was very positive. Amy (I believe her name is) greeted me and interacted with me very positively when I was checking in. I had contact with Jada several times. She interacted with me and showed an interest in me as a person, not just a customer. I strongly believe she needs to be recognized for her behavior. During breakfasts Jackie and Darlene talked to me and were attentive and helpful. I appreciate their interactions with me. An African American woman in the dining area cleaned the tables with a disinfectant and not just using a towel to clean the tables. She had a positive manner and I thanked her for her attention to cleanliness. I did not get her name. I like that there was an area where I could sit instead of staying in the room. The hotel looks nice and was very clean and bright. I did not feel like going out to get breakfasts so ate in the hotel. The cost was reasonable.

Room, beds, gym, pool, breakfast, bar! They were all top notch!

My stay was a good value. I received a good night's sleep. Rested and ready for the next days travel.

Vert pleasant staff

Overall good hotel. Pillows were terrible and bed wasn't very comfortable... other relatives staying confirmed as well. Good location. Carpet is hallways wasn't stretched at all... actually large bumps/creases. Shower stall quite narrow as well. Breakfast is extra.
