The front desk and valet staff were incredibly friendly, courteous and helpful. Very professional. The restaurant is closed Sunday and Monday but there are many restaurants within walking distance.

Located right in downtown Portsmouth. Clean and huge room. The bathroom sick needs some fixing, did not drain. One of the lamps did not work. Overall nice place.

The room was nice and spacious. The room was clean and comfortable.
There was just some shabbiness to it.
The curtain shears on the window were in tatters and the bed coverlets (we had 2 queen beds) had snags all over them.

all in all our stay was good, the bedspread was a tattered and should not be used in a room you are going to charge $500, so this was a bad welcome. That ended up on the floor immediately. Otherwise the hotel was ok.
