Hidden Gem
I found this hotel because I needed to be close to the hospital. What a wonderful surprise. The staff was so gracious and the facilities were clean. I had dinner at the bar; the food was delicious and Jackie, the bartender, was amazing! The bed was comfortable, the linens were soft and the pillows were perfect. I will be back~.
Error on reservation.
Ilooked up the phone number on the web for the hotel close to Harris Hospital in Ft Worh. I was having surgery on May 1st. The person that answered the phone made a reservation for one rm w/2 queen for one night, two people. In the middle of this the phone went dead. So I called back and went through it again. He gane me a price and gave a discount due to me having surgery with a guarantee that it could be cancelled or changed in case the surgery was moved or cancelled. Again the call was dropped. So instead of calling the same number I looked up the direct number. I was given a price of sbout $50.00 more than the other person with no discount,no cancellation guarantee. So when I checked in I was told that the first person was a third party reservation. The actual reservation was made direct with the hotel and the manager on duty couldn't do anything about the problem. Not using hotls very much, I had no idea was talking to a third party.they answered the phone "reservations how can I help you. Yes part of this was my mistake of not knowing who I was talking to. But you hotel is not a good customer orientated hotel. Your manager didn't want to help me. I was already under stress because of the surgery and the deal with the reservation put more stress on me. I just have to say that I will think long and hard before I yse the Hilton again. We have one here in granbury texas and I was going to reserve a block of rooms for a family reunion in August but this has changed my mind.

Clean rooms. TV was worthless, half the buttons in the remote wouldn’t work so couldn’t change channels. Elevator seemed like it was about to break down.
