One of the nicest
I never stayed here before. I didn’t even know it existed. I was directed here by another Hilton brand. Located in Oakland, it is very convenient to UPMC hospitals, Universities as well as easy travel into downtown Pittsburgh. A little more above my normal price point, but worth the convenience. This hotel was friendly, clean and nice amenities.

We have been going to this hotel for many years due to our children attending Pitt. They have kept it up over the years and the staff is always friendly and helpful. They do need to get better pillows. They are terrible.

Nice, clean motel, located such that getting to it wasn't too hectic. There's parking decks in the area that were convenient as well.

I had to call for clean towels on the evening of the second day. I had the sign out because we had a late start that day. Gone by 9:00 am. Maybe housekeeping came through early and say the sign. Why can't they mark the room and come back after they are done with the other rooms. It should not take any extra time since they did not have to spend time on the first pass.
