My experience with Hilton Garden Inn located in Midland Tx was quite enjoyable. From the phone reservation to departure, the staff members were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Pool was very inviting and refreshing in the Tx heat. Everything actually worked: refrigerator, hair dryer, shower, etc. Very pleasant stay.

Pool was dirty with leaves, had a smell of something either dead or animal poop…breakfast is not complimentary…$16.00 per person for a pick of eggs, sausage/gravy, biscuits, cereal and fruit. Room floor was sticky when we got to our room. SHOWER hardly had any pressure with LUKEWARM/COLD WATER!!

Handicap accessible room had a tub with limited access for those with mobility challenges. The plumbing was not working in the tub/shower and had to have a
Maintenance person come the next day to fix it. Instead of repair he used tape to make it work. No other room was available. Graduation weekend and Memorial Day weekend. Staff had no way to help us.
