Had a great view, beds were very comfortable and away from all the craziness. Sure there are nicer places to stay in NYc but slept great here staff were nice and had a fantastic view.

The shower does not have proper drainage so it literally fills up the entire bathroom floor and comes out to the room as well

A sign in the bathroom says housekeeping every other day. I stayed for four nights and housekeeping never came in the room. The breakfast available was not adequate. Not enough variety for $22. The neighborhood has limited breakfast places: McDonalds and a bsgel place with 40 min lines. The room was so tiny there was no room for the desk chair. I thought the manager should have compensated me for the lack of housekeeping. All I got was an apology. Expedia needs to update its description of this property. There is no valet parking, nor self parking on the block. Tourists should note: this place is pretty far from the theater district. Had to take a lot of taxis.

Very good Manhattan hotel to stay at, relatively speaking, for the price. One of two elevators didn't work the first day, important for a hotel 28 stories tall. Also, the scaffolding in the front of the hotel (for maintenance) detracted from the appearance of the hotel, and made it harder to find the hotel.
