I was especially impressed wth the customer service, especially Ramon, Jenn and Roy and Ozzie ( ? Aza) at breakfast. Actually everyone at the front desk was wonderful!

The property was clean and the room service was excellent. My problem was the AC. My family and I were there in a very hot week and the AC wasn’t working g properly. It would work for an hour or so and stop. The room would get really hot and we had to ‘reset it’ several times each night. I called the front desk but they didn’t solve the issue.
