Love this hotel, my 4th visit.
Everyone was so friendly except the Saturday night front desk person who was so rude to us! I thought she said her name was aerial! She should be fired! Loved the bartenders and very nice housekeeping staff!
Nice basic room / tight halls / busy elavators.
A very tight vertical hotel, with narrow hallways, the check in desk on the 4th floor and over burdened elevators. The room and the staff are fine. The location in the heart of Times Square and the theater district is good or bad depending on how you feel about huge crowds.

I liked everything about this stay, with two exceptions. The size of the room was small, and there was an LED screen flashing all day and night right outside my window. It was, after all, Times Square.

The water from the shower leaked into the hallway. I believe the water dripped down the shower door and instead of drain into the shower stall the water like it’s supposed to, it instead drained out into the bathroom then into the hallway.
