Franky at reservations desk was great, friendly and accommodating.

The woman working the front desk the afternoon on October 9th was OUTSTANDING. She went THE EXTRA MILE to accommodate our multiple requests. Kudos to you for hiring the consummate professional! She was excellent. I looked for her to thank her during our stay but apparently she was off. We stayed in room 2202. PLEASE find her and thank her for us. This kind of service will lead us to return. Check in was amazing! I felt like the staff was very friendly and kind the entire time. Beth was so kind and accommodating.

We loved this hotel! It was the perfect location for us, and it was so nice to have subway access just steps away. I was concerned after reading comments about the elevators being a bit slow and having long wait times, but that just wasn't our experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, and it was nice having a bar and restaurant right in the hotel. The chocolate and espresso martinis are a must-try—they're perfect before heading out for the evening or after a long day of touring. The rooms were clean, and it was nice having coffee and water available in the lobby first thing in the morning before heading out and again when returning from a day of touring. It was also nice coming back to a cool room and having a window that opened just enough to let in some fresh air. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again.

The location was ideal. Right next to the subway station and easy walking distance to Time Square and the theatre district.

Rooms were small and mattress wasn't the.l best. Location was the reason we chose it.
