Street parking was available, the staff were friendly at check-in, the room was clean and smelled clean. We went to an event at Electric City and even with the weather being 30 degrees, the walk wasn’t bad at all (about 11 mins). The view was nice and we found a good breakfast spot in the morning nearby.

The first night there was a large group of parents socializing loudly on my guest floor. It kept me awake very late. The front employee told me they can't enforce noise after 11 pm, only 'suggest'?! He said my only option was to switch rooms (at midnight). Terrible service. This is not an inexpensive hotel. My expectation is for a good night sleep. The next morning the day staff were accommodating and gave me a different room on another room. After that first night, happy with the hotel.

Had a bit of a issue checking in as they couldn’t find my reservation, the pillows left a lot to be desired other than that everything was excellent
